Exhibitor Information:

Assignment of Booths
Assignment of booths will be made by event coordinators.

Lunch is not provided
Vendors will have  access to the classroom beverage station. Exhibitors are invited to hospitality room on Thursday November 28th @ 6:00 p.m.

Delivery of Exhibit items
Please contact Alicia Davis at training4@opoa.info or Avena Glock at training1@opoa.info if you wish to make arrangements. We have very limited space, but will do our best to accommodate you.

Subletting Space
Exhibitors may not assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or part of the space allotted to them without permission from the coordinating staff.  
 Exhibitors will be confined to the space limits of the respective space.  All materials must conform to applicable local building, electrical, fire, and safety regulations.

Care of Exhibit Space and space limitations
The exhibitor must neatly maintain and keep in good order the space for this they are utilizing. Exhibits will be confined to the space limits of the respective space, this includes exhibits, sales, circulars, and promotional materials.  All materials must conform to applicable  building, electrical, fire and safety regulations

Prohibited Activities.
1. Noise from exhibits may not annoy or disrupt adjacent exhibitors, their patrons, or guests at the casino.
2. No wiring, installation or other electrical work shall be done without permission of the casino.

Liability
Exhibitors understand that neither the Oregon Peace Officers Association nor the Spirit Mountain Casino are responsible for the safety of property of the exhibitor from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism, or other causes, and the exhibitor expressly waive and releases any claim or demand it may have against the casino, OPOA or any of their representatives by reason for any damage to or loss of any property of the exhibitor.

Insurance
Exhibitor understands that neither the OPOA nor the Spirit Mountain Casino will carry any insurance coverage for the loss or damage of the exhibitor's property.
