Brief Overview:

Join us for this highly interactive class; be prepared to share, problem solve and walk away with new perspectives. We all know the role of a dispatcher is unique; not only in the duties and functions, but also in the need for dispatcher wellness.  This class is designed for everyone from new hire to tenured dispatcher and from trainee to supervisor…it is structure in a way that we will all learn something from it. Some topics discussed and questions to be answered include:

What is Morale? Whose responsibility is it? How can we change it?

What is the leaders role in Morale? (This could be a trick question!)

Resiliency – are you born with it or do you learn it? Were you hired during the “suck it up” mindset and still dealing with “stuff”? What can we do to be healthier….and happier.

Apply what is learned on your next shift!
