Larry Crompton worked on the East Area Rapist crimes. He will discuss what he did during the investigations, the major problems that happened to set back investigations and the attacks that caused so much pain. He will also talk about what kept the investigations going over the 42 years and will mention his book regarding the case and why he wrote it. He will discuss the reasons why he could not give up on the crimes after retirement.

10am - 5 pm - Case Discussion

OCCIA is seeking your cold case for discussion at this year's conference. If you would like to discus a case, and obtain input from attendees, please email to me a short synopsis of the case. I will then pass this information on to the OCCIA Board who will reach out to you for more information and discussion. Your request must be received by me via email by April 15th. As we will not be able to accommodate everyone's case for presentation, the Board will select a variety of cases for discussion. You will be notified shortly after April 15th if your case is or is not selected this year.
