A Message From Your President
President Megan Townsend
Hillsboro Police Dept.
Greetings!
My name is Megan Townsend and I am a Detective with the Hillsboro Police Department and the current president of the Oregon Cold Case Investigators Association (OCCIA).
The mission of OCCIA is to collaborate, build, and sustain a network of investigators throughout the State of Oregon by enhancing communication and training for cold cases. We are excited to offer modern and comprehensive training specifically tailored to address the unique challenges of cold case investigations.
As we continue our dedicated efforts to solve cold cases and bring closure to families affected by unsolved crimes, I want to express our unwavering commitment to justice. Each case represents a person whose story deserves to be told and we will not rest until every lead is explored and every avenue of investigation pursued.
Your support is invaluable to our work. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that those responsible for these heinous acts are held accountable. Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in our mission!
OCCIA’s motto is Vincit Omnia Veritas: Truth Conquers all Things!
