Oregon Executive Development Institute
The Oregon Executive Development Institute (OEDI) was created in 1989 by a group of forward-thinking public safety agency heads to provide leadership training to Oregon’s public safety executives. This group sought to fill a void in leadership training available to agency heads and their command staff, most of whom could not afford to attend programs such as the FBI National Academy.
